Top of the range, the 300 will hold LOADS of kit and you can access it without taking it off.
The AW cover will protect from rain and moisture or will fold inside out of the way.
Main compartment will easily hold a D300 with battery grip and 70-300 lens, surrounded by 7 quickly adjustable compartments for lenses, flash etc.
Remove one and it would take the camera with a 500 lens.
Second large comparment big enough for another body or video.
Smaller pockets for batteries, memory, etc.

Brilliant idea but these are not ideal for the smaller person or females due to the single diagonal strap design.
