i know this is a "fun" thread , but didn't know where else to put it!! What ads drive you NUTS??????

I hate that Adios girl dancing down the street in her pink knickers!! AS IF !!! Even with that figure!!:D

But the one that is REALLY getting to me at the moment is the one where the young lad tries to spin a pizza in the air like the pizza chefs--& when he fails to catch it & it lands on his lap & then on the floor, his mum says " Now HOW are we going to get those greasy stains out??"

Why the hell isn't she saying "" What are we gonna have for our bloody tea NOW????????" As EVERY other mother in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD would say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And those--"Now you're going to have find OTHER ways to be naughty!" Maltesers ads are beginning to grate!

& THANK GOD someone has shot those 2 little kids with the dancing eyebrows!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrr HATED that with a passion the 1st time i saw it---& it only got worse with each subsequent viewing!!!!:banghead:

I think i'd better go & start a " Grumpy old Women " thread!!!!!!!!!

The lad with the pizza I'd be saying 'Now clean it up, cook it, or starve!'

The lad who needs a poo I'd be saying, 'Get to the toilet you little sod, or sh*t yourself and clean it up, - Your choice!'

The meerkat gets on my nerves too, dunno why.

Has anyone seen that one for some car or other, where the little boy asks his Dad, "Where do i come from?"

The camera pans back a little & the Dad goes into a very detailed (unheard) explanation (supposedly about how babys are made & swimming sperm etc),that features some VERY GRAPHIC sign language!!!! And 1 of these hand motions definitely has nothing to do with where babies come from!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On the contrary--he wouldn't make a baby doing THAT!!!!!!

I remember my jaw dropping open the 1st time i saw it, wondering how the hell they got away with THAT hand gesture in an advert that was shown at teatime!!!!!!!!
Anyone else seen it???

Oh you mean the ones that they use a model in her 20's to show how young she looks or the one that's got the botox filled older lady in with a pro makeup job, that can afford the £90 for the collagen balls that plump up the face.. if you wanna plump it up eat some pies... cheaper and probably more fulfilling

For me I find the match.com ads are really bizarre. They have two of the wierdest characters that appear short of a penny and which are supposed to advertise a dating website??? i dont get it!) HATE poo advert and the little stuck up kid, hate the 118 118 duo.

LOVE the baby pampers advert which shows laughing, happy babies. Its the last baby that has such a distinctive face you can just imagine that he wouldn't look any different as an adult, and a laugh that cracks me up every time I hear it.
