Spammers

For some reason there seems to be lots of spammers hitting the forums at the moment.
The system is blocking about 30-40 a day.

However, occasionally 1 or 2 are getting through the system.

If you see a post which is obviously spam, all i can do is apologise and assure you that an admin or mod will delete it as soon as possible.

TDS is having the same problem Ben and has moved to approving applications before they get loose on the site.

Just an update to all...

Thank you to everyone who notified, or reported, or deleted a spammer. :top:
Sorry for not replying to all the messages that were sent, it was basically because of the quantity I was getting. (over 30 on 1 of the days)

So a general thank you to everyone :)

I have changed the method for registering which seems to have slowed them down a bit.
Just hope genuine new members can still register :D
