Does anyone else have problems logging in to TOG247.com?
I find that a lot of times i put in my username and password, i get the redirect screen, then i go back to the original page but it shows me a logged in and i am clearly not as i do not have the Log Out option, nor can i see my own profile etc etc??
If i keep trying eventually i will get in. Or if i close Internet Explorer, delete history and cookies, clear SSL that seems to help..
Any idea's?

We seem to be having a few issues over the last day or two Adam. Just a general slowing down & a few members are experiencing some probs. We don't generally suffer from issues but maybe just a small hiccup that's affecting your log in too.
See how it goes for a day or two and let us know here if it continues :)

I always stay logged in Adam and have had no problems, although as Stef says, others have reported strange happenings!

l have been getting the same problem over the last couple of weeks, but l thought it was my works computer( either locked out by admin or windows 7 issue) as l could always get on at home with xp, it sounds the same, log in and get the welcome saying you are in but when trying to reply to a thread l had nowhere to type as if l had not logged in. l have managed to get on at work the last couple of days though

I have had no issues what so ever, either from my home computer or from my work computer

I'm not sure really Adam, or Kev :confuse: Do you click log out when you leave the site?
I use google chrome browser & never had these issues you mention. Maybe someone else will have more of a clue :)

Wrong order... You need IE to find and download Firefox. THEN delete IE . . . :top:

It's no problem Cliff, it makes no difference this end. It just makes it more straightforward at your end, when you click TOG247 it reconnects you.
I think the problem is at the server, or a node very close to it. Mine is OK again now... :p

I8 and still no problems
I have had problems trying to log on. After entering log on details the site welcomes you but fails to give access and can only view as a guest.
This happened to me only yesterday (Thursday) so I closed down and tried again, the same thing happened. I could see other members on the site thinking it must be my end at fault. Shut down and opened up again, yes you got it right - the same thing happened. I saw another place where you can log on below that where I normally log on (on the home page I believe) and was successful. I did notice that when I log on in my normal manner, if I am not active for a period of time, although the site is active, I have to re-log on to make comments/upload etc. With the second place I logged on, this seems to remain active all the time until such time as I decide to log off
