thanks guys, i took probably 15 pics before i got this one. depth of field is sooooo difficult to get with this lens, at this magnification at f16 you only get 0.269mm in focus so you have to be extremely accurate. so whats the small prize for the comp :D is it a print or tog247 badge? :D

It always seems sad when good piccies get nilled, but that's how the system works, I know. (no compliants by the way), but....

Is is EASILY possible to use the ratings that we use for ordinary pics in conjunction with a spread sheet so that we can vote for each pic on a 1-10 and publish a list of points?

Just a thought.

I will look into it Ron, I can answer a bit of it though... it wont be easy with this software.

The bad thing about the photopost software is that after the first year you have to pay to get any kind of support. This includes access to the help forum. On the basis that it works and is all (touch wood) pretty stable, i dont see the point in paying. Its basically one guy that eventually gets round to answering your questions anyway.
Virtually all modifications to the software involve diving deeply into PHP files which gets pretty confusing.

The thing is, we had to have photopost software cos it is by far the best and we were used to using it on **.
it is something i will look into Ron, and will put it next on the list of things to do for tog, but i wouldnt hold your breath :)
