just fell over taking Josh up to bed. mothers instinct kept Josh from getting hurt, sadly i came off worse, my ankle is throbbing slightly lol. i fell over Daniel's cricket bag, i knew it was there, silly me didnt put the light on though did i :headbanger:

well im not going to York today :( hobbling about the house is about the best i can manage i think. can move my foot up and down ok, cant twist it though :(
