After being without a main comp since the 20th Jan, my new 27" iMac arrived this morning.
I watched the tracking info for 2 days saying it was in Shanghai > Alaska > Kentucky > Philadelphia > East Midlands (LoL) then HOME :top:
What can I say... it's awesome!!! My photos are HUGE :p
And the mouse is just something else...genius

OH YES! I didn't think it would look much different to the 24" i sent back but it looks massive! A bit more RAM too, makes a world of difference :)

Processor is faster and the graphics chips are a big step up. Sounds better too, and yes, TOLD you the mouse was good, I see you have got used to it already then!
I hope that one is as reliable as mine (and the vast majority of iMacs really). Seems like Apple have been doing a 'Toyota' recently..!
What do you think to the display then???

I have the upgraded graphics card at no extra cost too :) It's very beefy!
I love the mouse, need to get a mat now, didn't need one with the trackball. I'm finding i don't get the right click 100% of the time but it's early days.
The display??? My god, it's just enormous and so, so, so crisp and vibrant and shiny and lovely and....Ohhh it's just smashing!
I tried to wangle the remote free as this one doesn't come with one but he told me to try eBay LoL, I think I've chanced my arm enough ;)
