im using clikpic at the moment great looking site a little difficult at first to get you head round without using the help files but once you master it becomes second nature you will need to budget £6 for a domain name but thats 2 yearas use. Digital photo magazine has a review of sites designed for photographers and clikpic came out ontop.

have a look at my site (not updated since November) www.imagesfromthefloor.co.uk

what features do you need your site to have Peter? there are so many options dependent on what you require.
are you wanting to sell, or just show off photos? or have contact forms and info? how much control do you need?

Nice website =)

i was looking for a website where i can promote myself, sell my pics and have ease of use, i quite liked the style of the wix websites, but i found my self getting frustrated because it wouldn't do what i wanted it do (with slide shows and the like) :headbanger:
in essence i would like something that you could just up load your pics to (similar to flickr) and have an easy to do slideshow.
for my website i would like a home, portfolio(with 5 different catorgies) about me, contact and price page.
any advice would be great ;)

i notice you use Lightroom Peter, Its very easy to use it to create your website.. a bit like Stefs, http://www.stefbennettphotography.com/index.html

although Stef doesnt sell pictures on her site, it could be easily added using something like the turning gate plugin, here.. http://lightroom.theturninggate.net/

Another site i like that is more an online method is Smugmug
